This past weekend, I attended my first Friendsgiving, and it did not disappoint! It was so much fun to spend time with friends and see what everyone decided to make. If nothing else, it is super comical to see a group of girls try to carve a turkey.
I actually saw this recipe on Delish a few weeks ago and was hoping for an opportunity to make this. If you know me, you know cheese is one of my main food groups, so this recipe gave me all the emoji heart eyes.
See below on how I made this appetizer that is perfect for any upcoming holiday event this season.
What you’ll need:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- Cranberry sauce
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- Pecans, chopped
Stretch out crescent rolls on a flat surface and pinch together all visible seams. Cut dough into 24 pieces.
Make sure you grease up your muffin tin with cooking spray. Place 1 piece of dough into each muffin insert in the mini muffin tin. Next, cut Brie into small pieces and place 1 piece of Brie into each piece of dough. On top of that, add 1 spoonful of cranberry sauce, a pinch of chopped pecans, and 1 small piece of rosemary.
Once you have all of your ingredients in your muffin tin, bake in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes. Let them cool for about 5 minutes before you try to take them out of the tin, as the dough will still be soft straight out of the oven.
Place them on a nice serving platter, and voila! Bon appetit.
This recipe is SO easy, and SO delicious! But let me know if you have any questions in the comments below.
P.S. I have to apologize, the lighting in my apartment isn’t the greatest, and I am still learning how to use my new camera. But I did my best!
